A Tulsa Salon is giving women who just got out of prison a second chance. The R.I.S.E Program helps women at Mabel Bassett become licensed cosmetologists so they can get a job right away. 

The Mabel Bassett Correctional Center will offer inmates the opportunity to enroll and graduate from cosmetology school, beginning on September 1. 

The woman who drove her car into a crowd at Oklahoma State University's homecoming parade in 2015 has begun serving her prison sentence.
